These three old cherry trees at Chaptandiau in France are interesting to me to see how they are perched on the edge of this ridge. Tali has painted these trees for seven or eight years and I can see why. They are simply filled with personality. I painted this 7 September 2017, and one of the Dutch artists that was with us there said it reminded him of the three monkeys, and then he proceeded to cover his ears, eyes and mouth. Thus the title.
