I have been to this very special place in France several times now and I am always taken by the peaceful beauty that is found there in this particular part of the Morvan. I wrote the words to Cheptandiau on the 6th of September 2017 after coming face to face again with this valley that has come to mean more and more to me over the years. Chaptandiau is the name of the farm where we stay when we lead art retreats to this part of France.
